The nearly 5-acre parcel of land is located on the popular and well trafficked M-104 (Cleveland St) just outside of the ever popular and growing lakeshore community of Spring Lake Michigan. The main building and retail space, which houses antiques individually sourced from around the United States, has its owner story to tell. The name Depot Antiques was not a name simply pulled out of a hat, this building is in fact the original train depot where cargo and passengers were dropped off in Spring Lake in the mid 1800's. The train depot closed in 1957 and was preserved by Joe Bisacky. The first being the real estate component which includes the main retail space which is roughly 4,400 sqft while two separate outbuildings offer and additional 11,300 sqft of storage, all sitting on a desirably located piece of commercially zoned property (4.910 acres). The second part of this offering is the asset sale of Depot Antiques itself; to include inventory and goodwill.
